The piste is just a few metres from the front door and is in the middle of the skiing area `Sportwelt Amade`, connected to the slopes of Wagrain and St Johann in Pongau.
Or try the walking and mountain bike routes starting adjacent or visit the Salzburg Christmas markets in December.
The area is vibrant during the non-ski season with plenty of local events taking place during the autumn, spring and summer seasons and lots of summer excursions to enjoy.

This lovingly renovated 19th century windmill in the Vendee, France is ideal for a honeymoon or romantic break, to celebrate a special occasion or just to get away from it all!
The Moulin is set, unusually, just outside a small village. The only noise comes from the chiming church bells and the sound of sheep and a couple of cows in the surrounding fields, emphasising the tranquillity of the area.
All essential facilities are nearby and La Rochelle is an hour’s drive away where you can sample the renowned fresh fish and seafood restaurants and excellent shopping.
The nearest town to the Moulin is Fontenay Le Comte, the ancient capital of the Vendee, with its weekend market, delightful shops and boutiques.
A short drive will take you to the medieval village of Vouvant, (designated one of the prettiest in France) and Mervant Forest with its walks, cycle tracks, large leisure lake and other attractions.
